At Nova Teplitsa, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality greenhouses that last a long time and produce great harvests. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy under the terms described below.

1. Return period: The buyer can return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, if the greenhouse has not been installed and does not show signs of use.

2. Return Policy:

   • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all components and instructions.
   • Returns are only possible for standard greenhouse models. Custom orders are not returnable.
   • To return the product, you must contact our customer support department by phone at (050) 461-04-15 or (098) 409-65-63, indicate the reason for the return and provide a photo confirmation of the condition of the product.

3. Refund of funds:

   • Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the full purchase price minus shipping costs. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase.
   • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after return confirmation.

4. Return of defective goods: If the product is found to be defective, we will exchange it for a new one at our expense or refund the full cost, including shipping costs.

5. Custom orders: Return of custom-made greenhouses (made to order) is possible only in case of detection of a manufacturing defect.
