After working in the family business with his father for more than 10 years, he left his company to his father, who continues to this day to manufacture the original greenhouse models made from M-shaped profiles and 30-mm pipes. He then parted ways with his father and established several more greenhouse manufacturing facilities across Ukraine: in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and in another village in the Vinnytsia region under brands such as «Nova Teplitsa«, «GreenhouseNova«, «Has launched even newer models"Greenhouse thermos«, «Greenhouses Ideal» and industrial «Greenhouses Dream«. To some extent, he created competition for himself with his father and other greenhouse manufacturers in Ukraine.

Today Leonid Markovich cooperates with partners all over Ukraine. Over the course of 28 years, many companies have been formed in Ukraine thanks to Leonid Markovich. Those who used to be his dealers and sales managers separated and became his competitors. Some of his competitors switched to fraudulent schemes, selling low-quality imitation greenhouses that are made in garages.
