In the greenhouse frame, various additions to the standard options are possible. For example, let's consider some of them:

Distances between arches possible step of 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m. The bigger the step, the cheaper, but if the pipe diameter and pipe wall thickness are bigger, it can be more expensive. And vice versa. The smaller the step, the more pipes and this can also affect the price. Sometimes a smaller greenhouse size can cost more than a large greenhouse size and vice versa. A large greenhouse size can cost less. Everything depends on the density of the pipes, their weight and quantity.

Additional pipes for garters inside the greenhouse are also possible.  They can be placed on every arch or spaced 1 or more apart throughout the entire greenhouse. The fewer of these support pipes there are, the cheaper it is. Here, you need to consider the type of crop and the need for such additional support. Sometimes you can save money by using wire instead, or they may not be needed at all. It all depends on the specific situation.

Greenhouse film. Which film to choose for greenhouses? There are standard and specialty films for industrial greenhouses. We can offer any film in thicknesses of 120, 150, 180, and 200 microns. We recommend our specialty film from the Spanish-Ukrainian manufacturer «Armando-Alvarez,» which contains additional protective additives. In addition, based on our exclusive order, the film’s composition includes two additional components. This film is not easily torn and withstands both freezing temperatures and extreme heat. Various quality options are available: 5-year, 8-year, and 10-year warranties.

Type of processing and installation. There are various methods of pipe processing. For the «Mriya» modular greenhouse, pre-fabricated parts are used to simplify greenhouse assembly. All parts are manufactured at our facility and then delivered to the customer for installation. These greenhouses are easy to set up, and when necessary, they can be disassembled and moved to another location. This is the new model of the «Mriya» modular greenhouse. And if the customer chooses to assemble the modular greenhouse themselves, we’ll deduct the cost of installation, and you’ll receive a significantly larger discount.

There is also a common artisanal method of building a greenhouse with welding work on site. There are already different options here; more expensive and cheaper. There are advantages, but the disadvantage is that it takes more time.

One option is for the customer to provide their own pipes, and our team will process the pipes, fabricate the parts, paint them, deliver them, and install them.
