We offer solid-bent arches, where the rectangular profile pipe with a cross-section in diameter of 40x20 mm hot-dip galvanized is made with a solid welded closed seam. You can choose arches with rolled stiffeners, and without, but reinforced with a thicker pipe wall by 1.8 mm. You can choose a profile pipe in arches with a pipe wall thickness of 1.3 mm and 1.8 mm. Ideal polycarbonate greenhouses are the most durable and popular in Ukraine. We use standard or premium polycarbonate of high quality from European polycarbonate manufacturers. Profile 40x20 with additional rolling to improve strength. Seamless closed pipe, hot-dip galvanized, not cold-dip galvanized. One 40x20 arc will withstand 200 kg. This means that a 3 by 6 greenhouse will withstand 2 tons of snow and wind loads as well.

We can make different configurations for polycarbonate, we offer a special film "Thermos" for 150 or 180 microns. This allows you to make better insulation in the greenhouse, and also protects the polycarbonate from the inside from moisture and pollen accumulated during the growing season. Another significant advantage is that you can save money on heating the greenhouse during the winter season.

If you want to buy a greenhouse cheaper, then use the choice of the same greenhouse model, only using 20 welded or Dismountable pipes to choose from. You need to select the appropriate option of the product “Dismountable” in the greenhouse catalog.

Combinations are possible for film or cellular polycarbonate. You can combine and take 1-2 films for covering the greenhouse and plus polycarbonate on the ends. And you can also choose, purely all from polycarbonate, not only on the ends, but also on the roof from above.
