We offer fully bent arch frames made from heavy-duty rectangular profile tubing with a cross-section of 40 x 20 mm, hot-dip galvanized, and manufactured with a continuous, fully welded closed seam. There are also other options using a fully welded 20x20 tube—the T20.The higher the price, the better the quality of the configuration. There are arch frames with and without rolled stiffening ribs, but the reinforced version features a thicker pipe wall of 1.8 mm. We offer a choice of profile pipes for the arches with wall thicknesses of 1.3 mm and 1.8 mm. For the "Collapsible" model, the wall thickness is 1 mm.
