Which pipe to choose for the frame?

What type of ventilation should you choose for industrial greenhouses?
Farm greenhouses can have different ventilation options:

– side ventilation (as an additional option). It is used on the side parts along the greenhouse. The film rises 1-2 meters in height;
- top ventilation (optional or necessary) depends on the growing culture and the availability of extra money. Many options for mechanical or automatic openings.

What else can influence the price of a farm greenhouse?
In the greenhouse frame, various additions to the standard options are possible. For example, let's consider some of them:
Distances between arches possible step of 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m. The bigger the step, the cheaper, but if the pipe diameter and pipe wall thickness are bigger, it can be more expensive. And vice versa. The smaller the step, the more pipes and this can also affect the price. Sometimes a smaller greenhouse size can cost more than a large greenhouse size and vice versa. A large greenhouse size can cost less. Everything depends on the density of the pipes, their weight and quantity.
Additional pipes for garters inside the greenhouse are also possible. They can be located on each arc or through 1 or several pieces throughout the greenhouse. The fewer such pipes for garters, the cheaper. Here you need to start from the type of crop and the need for such additional reinforcement. Sometimes you can make it cheaper by using wire or they may not be needed at all. Everything is individual.
Greenhouse film. Which film to choose for greenhouses? There are regular and special films for industrial greenhouses. We can offer any film of 120, 150, 180, and 200 microns. We recommend our special film of the Spanish-Ukrainian film manufacturer “Armando-Alvarez” with additional protective additives. In addition, under our exclusive order, the film also includes 2 additional components. Such a film is not easy to tear, it will withstand both frost and heat. There are different qualities to choose from: a guarantee for 5 years, 8 years, and 10 years.
Type of processing and installation. There are different types of pipe processing. For the Mriya greenhouse-constructor, prefabricated parts are used for easy assembly of the greenhouse. All parts are manufactured at our production facility and then delivered to the customer for installation. Such greenhouses are easy to install, and when necessary, they can be disassembled and installed in another place. This is a new model of the Mriya greenhouse-constructor. And if the customer assembles the greenhouse-constructor himself, we deduct the price for installation work and you will receive a significantly larger discount.
There is also a common artisanal method of building a greenhouse with welding work on site. There are already different options here; more expensive and cheaper. There are advantages, but the disadvantage is that it takes more time.
